  • Board Certified - PMHNP
  • Outpatient Psychiatry - IOP/ PHP 
  • Full-Time Perm -2+ years of Exp Preferred 
  • Full-Scope Psych Duties
  • All Age Ranges 
  • Schedule Discussed with Client - Open form 8AM - 6PM
  • PPD on Average 8-12
  • Licensed in Illinois
  • Salary (Negotiable – MGMA guidelines)
