A great group is looking for a Family or Internal medicine NP/PA provider to assist in Nassau County.

• Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
• Start date ASAP
• Mon - Fri
• 2 days per week 8:30a-5p, 2 days per week 8:30a-7:30pm and Fridays 8:30a-2p
• Active NY license and DEA
• 5 Primary health locations within Nassau county and southeast Queens
• 100% outpatient
• EMR used is eClinicalWorks
• Starting salary at $130k based on experience and open to discussion for the right candidate
