MAJOR DUTIES - Receive, disassemble and inspect dental supplies, instruments and equipment. - Remove gross contamination, soil, blood, tissue fragments, body fluids by utilizing both manual and mechanical cleaning methods, micro-biotical processes, and work practice controls. - Conduct periodic inventory of supplies, instruments and equipment and determine reordering needs. - Inspect packages for indicators of proper sterilization. - Assist dentist providing treatments to patients.
