Locums - Bad Axe, Michigan, CRNA JobClinical Role:

- Local provider for vacation coverage - 7 am November 29 7 am December 1
- OR - 2 Rooms plus OB coverage
- 30 deliveries average per month with 18% C-section rate/8 per month + epidural services
- Team will also be covering Critical Access Hospital (38 miles away) for average of 2 days per week with endoscopy and minor procedures
- Monday-Friday 7A - 4P. Call 24/7 X 1- 2 days weekly. 1-2 weekends per month
- Call requirements would start when the shift ends during the week, normally 3:30p and go until the next morning at 7am. Weekend call is a full 24-hour period both days (7a 7a)
- Anesthesia record is on paper
- 4-12 Patients Per Day
- Lab, Radiology, APP ER physician, Provider coverage for med-surg, swing beds, respiratory coverage from 7a-4p
- Healthland Centriq EMR
- General Cases (surgical cases including general, ENT, gynecological, urologic, vascular,
- orthopedic, & obstetrical cases (OB for other facility only)
- Ventilation Mgmt. (establishing & maintaining an airway; various modes of ventilation)
- Eval & mgmt. of acute volume/BP issues
- AANA Certified - Required
- BLS, ACLS, - Required
- NRP certification or NLSP within three (3) months of initial credentialing - Required
- Adults, Peds, and OB Experience - Required
- Active MI License and CSR at time of submission - Required no exceptions
- COVID Vaccine Now Required at time of Name Clear
