- Multiple openings/locations available
- Outpatient positions
- Varied day shifts + On call
- Minimal call
- Varied weekend shifts
- Average number of patients: Varies
- EMR: Epic
- The provider must be willing to travel to other ambulatory sites when necessary
- Not accepting new graduates. At least 2 years CRNA work experience (not including RN or training) is required.
- Not accepting 1099 candidates
- Not accepting Locums candidates
- Will consider candidates who were previously Board Certified and need to obtain again
- Open to H1B and J1 visa candidates
- Active MI licenses - Nursing and Specialty License (must have in-hand) - REQUIRED
- Active BLS, ACLS, PALS (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
