    • First, enjoy a flexible schedule and work only one weekend shift/call a month, or if you like a later shift, consider a 3p to 11p shift and do all the same cases our day CRNAs do
    • Want to do OB but haven't had an opportunity to do so? We'll train you if you're interested
    • The 3p to 11p shift offers a lovely shift differential plus extra compensation if you stay after 11p or midnight
