We are seeking a full-time functional medicine Nurse Practitioner to work in our practice. The ideal candidate will have hormone replacement therapy experience. This is an 100% outpatient position with office hours between 10am to 5pm.  Worklife balance is important in this practice.  

Functional Medicine Nurse Practitioner - Compensation & Benefits

• Salary - 110K - 150K negotiable based on experience
  

Functional Medicine Nurse Practitioner - Responsibilities 

• Responsible for the delivery of patient care in their area of specialty through the process of assessment; evaluation; diagnosing; recognition and prevention of adverse events; planning; and implementation.
  

•  Collaborates with other professional disciplines to ensure safe; effective and efficient patient care delivery; and the achievement of desired patient outcomes.
  

• Continuously monitors quality patient care through excellence in customer service and performance improvement that demonstrate positive outcomes in patient care.
  

• Provides leadership in the practice location.
  

• Provides treatment for less urgent acute conditions as well as manages chronic conditions and provides care coordination.
  

 Functional Medicine Nurse Practitioner - Requirements 

• Graduate from a Nurse Practitioner 
  

• DEA License
  

• State of Florida License Requirements
  

• Experience with Functional Medicine or HRT
