Locums - A well renowned hospital system is seeking a Vascular Surgery Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to assist in Syracuse, New York. 

• Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
• Start August 2025 until October 2025, possibly longer
• Hospital-based setting
• Ages 18+ patient demographic
• 10 to 12-hour shifts; 7a-7p, 7a-5p, 9a-9p, 7p-7a, 9p-7a
• Some call required
• Must be comfortable managing hypertension, diabetes, med management, etc.
• CVT surgery experience required
• EMR EPIC
• Active NY license, RNFA cert, ACLS, BLS required
• $100/hr starting rate, lodging, mileage, malpractice provided
