Emergency Medicine Advanced Practice Provider (APP) Opportunity
Location: Eastern Iowa

Compensation:

• New Graduate: $65/Hour - $90+/Hour Range
• Pay increases annually (21 consecutive years of increases)

Schedule:

• Thirteen 10-hour shifts per month
• 2 Saturday/Sunday shifts required each month
• Shifts vary: 5a, 9a, 12p, 1:30p, 2p, 7p
• Night shift (7p-5a) receives a $15/hour night-time differential
• Democratic shift distribution with full-time APPs

• PTO: 14 days in the first year, carried over year-to-year; increases at 5 & 10 years
• Holiday Pay: Paid double-time for company holidays worked; 10 hours holiday pay if not working
• Medical/Dental Benefits: 100 hours minimum per month to qualify for coverage

• CME: $1,500 annual allowance for education (non-rollover)
• Licensing Fees: 100% reimbursement for group-required certifications/licenses
• Non-Clinical Hours: Paid at normal clinical rate (e.g., charting from home, classes, meetings)
• Malpractice: 100% paid
• Biannual Bonus: Based on RVUs, with an average of $1,000+ after the onboarding year
