TeamHealth has a rewarding career opportunity available for an experienced nurse practitioner (NP) or physician assistant (PA) to become part of our growing post-acute care practice in Rutledge, Tennessee. In this role, you will provide care to adults in a skilled nursing facility.

This is a full-time, benefits eligible position with a compensation estimate of $87,242 to $92,500 annually with no cap on productivity income potential. Target rounding is 4 days per week.

Current Tennessee license/DEA is required. In this role you must have previous post-acute experience as an advanced practice clinician and be comfortable working independently.
