Contract Length: 6 months/26 Weeks
Shift Details: 5x12 (No Weekends, No Call)
Schedule: Full-Time;(1/2-hour lunch)
Support staff: CRNA, Anesthesia Tech, Anesthesiologists. Will be directed by Anesthesiologist (General ratio 1:2 anesthesiologists to 1 CRNA and 1 resident, can be up to 1:4 anesthesiologists to CRNA for low acuity)
Amount of coverage needed per month: Full time, 4 x 10/week, 6 months
Patients per day: Depends, 1-9/daily
Patient population/age: All age spans (no Neonatal)
Department description: CRNA would cover the following: Ortho, Trauma, Vascular, Neuro (No Heart)
EMR: EPIC preferred
Skills required: Intubation, Central Line, Arterial line, Line Placement. Not likely needed to do blocks. No OB
Practice Setting: Hospital (Level 1 Trauma Center)
Board Certification: NBCRNA
Active KY License
Willing to License
Minimum experience required: 1 yr experience (NO NEW GRAD)
Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
