As an OB-GYN Nurse Practitioner you will: - Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic tests. - Perform systematic physical examinations and interpret abnormal and normal findings to form a diagnosis regarding physical, emotional, or social disabilities. - Prescribe medications via various methods. - Conduct interdisciplinary and intradisciplinary collaboration with physicians regarding patient management, to include evaluating and revising therapeutic plans and managing high-risk, unstable, or extremely complex patients. - Analyze epidemiological, biostatistical, environmental, and other appropriate scientific data. - Initiate, implement, and oversee disease management, education programs, addressing the education/self-care needs, identified by the patient/family. %MCEPASTEBIN%
