About the Role
As a weekend clinician in a skilled nursing facility environment, you will be an integral part of our care team, providing comprehensive primary care services to our acute patients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough patient assessments and developing individualized care plans
• Prescribing medications and treatments
• Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals
• Providing education and support to patients and their families

Qualifications

• NP/PA license
• Active and unrestricted medical license in Indiana
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Experience in post-acute care a plus

Expected compensation is estimated salary range of $27,450 to $50,450 annually with no cap on productivity income potential.
