• Shifts Needed: M-F 8-hour shifts with PM call starting at 3:30p - 7am. Weekend Call required as well
• Call: 45 min response requirement (not in house)
• Weekend Call (independent model)
• 4 ORs and 1 designated endoscopy suite
• Supervised Model 4:1
• Case mix includes ortho, ENT, GYN, general, endoscopy, podiatry, urology, and ophthalmology
• Patient Age Group: Neonates, Infants, Pediatrics, Adolescents, Adults, Geriatrics
• Practice Setting: Medical Center
• Board Certified NBCRNA Required
• Active MN License Required Compact Accepted
• ACLS, BLS, PALS Required
• DEA Required
