Duties - Plans and conducts evaluations of work operations involving potentially hazardous environmental conditions. - Identifies and evaluates conditions which may be hazardous to worker's health. - Assesses workplace hazards. Collects samples. - Helps develop contingency plans for industrial accidents. - Develops processes and procedures for occupational health controls. - Checks data entered into the Defense Occupational Health and Environmental Health Readiness System Industrial Hygiene (DOEHRS-IH) central data base.
