MAJOR DUTIES - Perform highly sophisticated computerized axial tomographic (CT) scanning of heads and/or bodies. - Review all requests from physicians and other health care providers independently. - Maintain record of examinations performed, scans taken, contrast reactions, contrast usage, etc. - Assure that sterile supplies, contrast materials, catheters and other required equipment are present and laid out. - Prepare and administer contrast material (IV). - Perform a wide variety of highly complex magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) examinations of human subjects to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of disease or injury. Performs other duties as assigned.
