Duties - Provide and evaluate the effectiveness of therapeutic measures to ensure patient is getting accurate treatment. - Conduct risk assessments and determine degree of danger posed by patients. - Assess individuals to explore the development of behavior patterns, mechanisms, and symptoms. - Determine the facts concerning patients problems and the underlying causes to assess the needs of the individual and/or family. - Work with multidisciplinary team and provide mutual consultative support to other mental health providers. - Provide training to mental health treatment team and professional medical staff. Performs other duties as assigned.
