MAJOR DUTIES: - Provides comprehensive health care for all ages and families. - Assesses, screens and refers patients to specialists. - Conducts a variety of physical examinations including, but not limited to physical evaluation at the request of the beneficiary or agency. - Prepares written or computerized, complete, accurate documentation on all patients evaluated in the clinical setting. - Documents patient health care files and appropriate forms as designated by the medical treatment facility. - Obtains detailed history and physical exam. - Establishes a preliminary and/or final diagnosis with appropriate treatment. Performs other duties as assigned.
