Vascular Surgery APP. 4/10s per week

7 days of required 24 hour call per month

Avg # of patients per mid-level per day: 12

Avg # of hospital patients per mid-level per day: 8

100% Adult

20% Office, 80% Hospital

Avg 8 admissions daily

EMR: Epic

90 days to credential

Requirements

• Vascular Surgery
• BLS, ATLS req'd
• Board Certified
• Current or willing to obtain WA license
