We are seeking a psychiatric physician assistant (PA) or mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP) to join our healthcare team in the Southwest Arkansas area. The ideal candidates will have a passion for mental health care and providing comprehensive psychiatric services to patients in skilled nursing facilities. The locations are in Nashville, Dierks, and Prescott, Arkansas.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct psychiatric evaluations and assessments
  • Develop and implement treatment plans for patients with mental health disorders
  • Prescribe and manage medications
  • Provide therapy and counseling to individuals and groups (as needed)
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care
  • Educate patients and their families on mental health issues and treatment options

Our compensation is a productivity-based model (Fee for Service) that offers you control to maximize your income potential. Expected compensation is estimated range of $69,000 to $88,00 annually with no cap on productivity income potential. Click apply to learn more!
