DESCRIPTION:

Performs physical examinations and preventive health measures, orders, interprets and evaluates diagnostic tests, prescribes or recommends medications or other forms of treatment, uses an EMR (Epic) and other duties.

Avg 14 patients per shift

REQUIRED:

Clinical experience as a NP/PA in an ambulatory care, occupational health, family practice

or emergency department setting.

Active VT License

Board Certified

BLS/ACLS

State Prescriptive Authority,
