Nurse Practitioner Job Summary

The Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for providing comprehensive medical care to to patients. This role involves conducting patient rounds, assessing patient conditions, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary healthcare team.

Nurse Practitioner Schedule

This is a full-time position working 7 days on, 7 days off schedule. We prioritize work-life balance and strive to create a supportive work environment that allows our employees to enjoy their time outside of work.

Nurse Practitioner Responsibilities

• Conduct daily patient rounds to assess patient conditions and progress.
• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans in collaboration with the physician.
• Prescribe medications and treatments as needed.
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals, including nurses, therapists, and social workers.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

Nurse Practitioner Qualifications

• Licensed and certified Nurse Practitioner in the state of Oregon
• Experience with Inpatient is a plus
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
