• Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP)
• Start ASAP for ongoing need
• 3 days per week for 8 hour days (M,W, TH) or flexible when needed
• Minimum 5 years experience in Occ Health
• Must be DOT Certified
• Active MN license, DEA, BLS
