We are looking for an advanced level hospital pharmacy leader who has the soft skills to step into our VP of Pharmacy Services opening and serve our large academic progressive health system as a top member of our Pharmacy Leadership Team handling 'big picture' management of our pharmacy services covering all of our sites including our hospitals and outpatient pharmacy locations. This is the highest level role for a pharmacist to hold within our health system.

All candidates must have, at minimum, their pharmacy degree along with at least 10 years of progressively more responsible health system pharmacy leadership experience (if no MBA or MHA is held) or at least 4 years experience in health system pharmacy leadership if MBA or MHA is held. Experience leading large health system pharmacy departments is strongly preferred along with the soft skills to be able to build bridges between pharmacy and other sections of our health system and the knowledge base to know how to lead & grow both inpatient and outpatient pharmacy services.
