Comfortable with primary care, diabetes and hypertension.

Epic experience a plus, see children ages 6 and up.

Open Stuarts Draft Dates:

11/18-11/29/04 - likely to extend

Mon-Thurs: 6:30a-4p w/ 30 min unpaid lunch - 3 consecutive days needed only - flexible with days

Requirements

• VA license
• DEA
• 1 to 2 years of experience
• Comfortable with ages 6 and up
• Prefer local if possible
