Locums Harlingen, Texas, CRNA OpeningClinical Role:

- Start Date: September
- Contract Length: As needed
- Shift Details: 7am end of surgical days Schedule: M-F
- Schedule: Typically, 8-hour days. Can be as long as 12 hours plus and as short as 6 hours depending on case volume
- Support staff: CRNA
- Patients per day: 8-16
- Patient population/age: 6 mo. -86 y/o
- Department description: Ear, nose & throat 2 x week/ spine cases 2x week / ortho 2-3x week
- EMR: paper
- Hospital bed size: 1 OR ASC 2 pre-op / 3 PACU beds
- Skills required: Intubations/ Regional blocks Facility procedures: Lumbar/Cervical Spine decompression, hemi-discectomy, total discectomy, knee & shoulder arthroscopies
- Practice Setting: Ambulatory Surgery Center
- Board Certification: NBCRNA - Required
- Active TX License - Required
- DEA: No
- Certifications required: ACLS/ BLS/ PALS
- Minimum experience required: 3-5 years
- Credentialing Timeframe: 90 Days or less if in a pinch. Can do emergency credentialing
- Physician will be credentialed for 3 yrs in their system
