We are seeking a caring, energetic, positive professional to fulfill the role of full-time Physical Therapist at our Miami practice. The right professional for this opportunity is ready to work one-on-one with our clients by providing an exceptional patient experience with each visit.

Physical Therapist - Duties and Responsibilities

• Assess patients virtually and in-person to provide evaluation and management of musculoskeletal conditions
  

• Provide care in a multi-speciality clinical office setting 
  

• Standardize the care model over time in order to help grow our team of value-minded providers
  

• Refer patients to specialists and other healthcare professionals as needed
  

• Plan, prepare and carry out individually designed programs of physical treatment to maintain, improve or restore physical function.
  

• Keep detailed medical records and document patient care activities

Requirements

• Practiced physical therapy in a collaborative setting with other provider types
  

• Have experience with conservative outpatient spine and joint care
  

• Have experience with surgical aftercare
  

• Provided care via telehealth solutions
  

• Travel Assigned Counties (Covers Central Miami) for patient care in clinic settings
  

• Have a valid Florida license
  

• Have valid vehicle insurance coverage 
  

• Have reliable transportation 
  

• Must be fluent in Spanish language
