Provider needed with Primary Care experience needed for adult primary care office. Primary episodic care. Provider will see 16-20 adult patients. • 3-5 years experience in Primary Care as APP
• M - F 8 am to 5 pm
• Adult Primary Care Clinic
• 15/30 v 20/40 min appts, 16-20 patients per day
• Greenway EMR
