Clinical Role:

- Coverage Dates ASAP - Ongoing Need
- Only 8 and 10hr shifts. 12s may be considered if the only case exemption is Transplant Shift
- Schedule Details & Shift Duration: 2 shifts a week minimum 6:30a 3p, 6:30a 5p, 6:30a- 7p
- Vaccination Requirements: Flu
- Total Number of FTEs needed: 1
- Reason for Coverage: Critical Staffing Need
- EMR: Epic
- No Call
- Type of Anes Model and supervision ratio: Care Model
- CV and Neuro Required
- Case types: CV, Neuro, Vascular, ENT, General, Offsite Anesthesia, No OB, No Peds
- Patient Per Shift: Varies; 2-7
- Available Support Staff: CRNA, Anesthesiologist, RNs, Aides, Techs
- Minimum length of commitment requirement per month: 13 weeks
- Candidates with 2yrs experience preferred; CRNAs credentialed for arterial and central lines (not required to perform arterial or central lines)
- Ideal Candidate / Most Desirable Qualifications: Motivated self-starter
- ACLS, PALS, Active CRNA/APRN license Required
- Board Certified Required
- Active MN License
