- Coverage Dates September 2024 - 13 weeks with option to extend
- Shift Schedule Details & Shift Duration: M-F, 10hr shifts are biggest need; limited 8 and 12hr shifts (0630 - 1500, 0630 - 1700, 0630 - 1900)
- Both inpatient and outpatient
- Vaccination Requirements: Flu
- Total Number of FTEs needed: 3.0
- Reason for Coverage: Staffing Need
- EMR: Epic.
- No Call
- Type of Anes Model and supervision ratio: Care Model
- Case types: Pediatrics, Adult ortho, GYN/ONC, Urology, Complex Spine, Ophthalmology, Plastics
- Is Telemed? No
- What is the minimum length of commitment requirement per month? 2spw
- ACLS, PALS, Active CRNA/APRN license Required
- Board Certified Required
- Active MN License
