• Must be Board Certified NP/PA
• Must have 1st Assist Certification
• The schedule is Monday - Friday 
• 1-2 days OR, 3-4 days Clinic
• On-call rotation 1:3
• Will see ages 16+ 
• Open to new and experienced providers 
• EMR - Cerner
