Duties: - Serve as a marriage and family therapist providing individual, marital, family and couples group clinical counseling services to adults and children. - Develop individualized treatment plans based on identified problems and treatment needs for each case. - Collect information about clients (individuals, married couples, or families), using interview, case history, and observation techniques, and assessment methods. - Evaluate results of counseling methods to determine the effectiveness of treatment used. - Interact with other professionals to discuss therapy or treatment. - Regularly coordinate with other clinics, family advocacy programs, chaplain services, schools, social service agencies, and other organizations that support families on and off of the installation.
