Clinical Role:

- CRNAs will be cross-credentialed at multiple facilities
- Clinic and Call Coverage
- 5 Patients Per Shift
- Must be comfortable practicing independently and performing regional blocks
- Must be willing to work nights, weekends, and take call
- 4 Beds in OR
- Phone Consults: 1
- Call Patients Seen: 1
- Call Ratio: 1:5
- 30-Minute call response time required
- Assigned Patients
- 5% Call Back
- Skills Required:
  - General Adult Anesthesia
  - Neurosurgical Cases (Spine)
  - Complex Vascular Cases (except open heart)
  - Complex Orthopedic Cases
  - Ventilation Management
  - Evaluation and Management of Acute Volume/BP Issues
- NBCRNA Board Certified Required
- Must have at least 1 year experience
- Active AZ License Required
- ACLS, BLS Required
- EMR: Cerner
