As a Diagnostic Radiologic Technologist you will: - Performs and evaluates a variety of difficult radiographic examinations for accuracy and proper identification to include, first and last name of patient, date, ID# and date of birth, and anatomical markers. - Performs procedures such as oral cholangiogram, arthrograms of the various joints, venograms, hysterosalpingograms, scanograms, sonograms, intravenous pyelograms, enhanced studies of the upper and lower gastrointestinal tract. - Ensures that sterile supplies, contrast materials, or other required equipment is present and set up. - Ensures proper completion of all required examinations prior to release of the patient from the clinic - Initiate requests for repeat films for deviations from standard positioning methods and technical settings.
