As a Clinical Nurse (Psychiatric/Advanced Practice Registered Nurse Practitioner), you will: Provide comprehensive care for psychiatric patients based upon the multi-disciplinary treatment plan and the mental, emotional and physical needs of the patient and provides assessment of acute and non-acute clinical problems and toxicity's as they relate to a patient's psychiatric condition. Perform intake procedures for psychiatric patients. Collaborate with the patient's total treatment team in order to formulate a total treatment plan. Prescribe medications according to accepted standards of psychiatric practice that is preferentially evidenced based.
