Very nice clinic

Fully staffed

Monday-Friday may consider 4 10hr shifts

day on Saturday once a month

80 hrs of PTO

Routine primary care

Will be expected to give newborn immunizations

School physicals

Full benefit package with paid MP

Salary $100-$115k

1:7 call by phone only, very light

Nice offices, congenial staff

Must have at least on full year as a C-FNP

Current Illinois license and DEA

2. Northwest suburb of Chicago

Community health clinic

Experienced C-FNP

Will work with another FNP

Several Drs. rotate through the clinic

Must be able to see newborn ' adult pts

1:8 call

Busy clinic, will see approx. 20 pts/day
