• M-F 7am-3pm ASAP ongoing
• Estimated 25 surgical cases per day
• EMR: Epic
• General Anesthesia (Adult)Preferred Procedures: Spinal Anesthesia, Neurosurgical cases(spine), Complex vascular cases (except open heart), and complex orthopedic cases.

REQUIRED:

• CO License; active and unrestricted or IMLC with LOQ in hand
• NBCRNA
• BLS
• Clean background

Travel expenses and malpractice are provided
