POSITION DUTIES: - Develop individualized treatment plans based on psychiatric diagnosis, identified problems, and treatment needs for each case. - Utilize social work systems and psychological theories, principals, and techniques in treatment plan development. - Work with highly complex cases in which individuals are severely impacted by moderate to severe psychiatric diagnoses to include factors such as history of trauma, co-occurring conditions, and suicide. - Provide individual and group clinical counseling services using various evidenced based modalities as clinically indicated for adults. - Collect bio-psycho-social information about patients using interview, case history, and observation techniques, and assessment methods PERFORMS OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED.
