Job Description

A renowned healthcare system in Central Alabama is in search of an Interventional Cardiologist to become part of a well-established and highly-regarded Heart and Vascular team. You will have the freedom of a private practice while benefiting from the assistance of a 775-bed healthcare system. The team is welcoming of structural heart expertise.


Practice Details:

  • Join 7 Cardiologists and 10 APPs (Interventional, Invasive, Non-Invasive, and Electrophysiology)
  • Established Structural Heart program
  • CT Surgery back-up
  • Partnership Track
  • Teaching opportunities are available with their in-house IM and FM UAB Residency Program

Hospital Equipped With:

  • 4-state-of-the art digital Catheterization Labs
  • 16-bed pre/post-Cardiovascular Recovery Unit
  • 8-bed CCU and an 8-bed CVICU
  • 25-bed Cardiology unit and 22-bed CVSU step-down unit
  • Cardiac Rehabilitation

Compensation and Benefits:

  • MGMA base salary, commencement bonus/relocation stipend, productivity bonus, and marketing
