Practice Information:

• Join a team of 12 providers across various specialties
• We focus on full-spectrum ophthalmology with a focus on retina, including medical retina and surgical retina
• See a wide variety of cases including age-related macular degeneration, cataracts, glaucoma, and vision loss 
• Each physician has a private office along with cross-trained scribes to assist them

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, with flexible scheduling options
• Very light, 1:8 call schedule, with rare on-call instances
  • Optional hospital call with supplemental pay available 

Compensation and Benefits:

• Guaranteed base salary for a 2-year agreement, with a net collections bonus model
• Signing bonus and relocation assistance available
